Before the Train The Trainer (TTT) workshop, HTI trainers made the effort of meeting our leadership team and customizing the workshop as needed. They clarified all doubts.

During the TTT workshop (for supervisors), the HTI Trainers were easy to understand, approachable and willingly answered questions. Later, the training material provided helped our team deliver effective training to their juniors. HTI monitored their sessions and provided constructive feedback.

Today, we have reaped tangible results as our supervisors are now staff trainers. They have also improved their communication skills and confidence. All our outlets at Prasad Food Divine now have enhanced supervisors and servers.
