In spite of being under-confident about her communication skills and facing challenges, one thing she did was never give up!
She never failed to miss the opportunities she got to address her team/trainees/meeting guests and accept feedback, which helped her gain confidence.
She often says, “If I can, then anyone can. If you don’t feel gifted with good communication skills, don’t give up. Practice the right techniques.” Today she has been a trainer for over 11 years and can proudly boast over 9240 training hrs!!
Having undergone STAR workshops, she now confidently conducts the same for her team and mid-management teams in Hospitality. She enjoys conducting and attending STAR because it adds to her skills and helps her build better bonds with people.
