Ketaki has been a Hospitality professional for over 25 years. Over the years, she has been a faculty member at Hotel Management colleges, trained Management students and conducted workshops and seminars to help professionals enhance their skills, advance their careers and achieve their goals in the hospitality industry.
Ketaki used to be an introvert who was terrified of even standing on stage. Getting into teaching would have been a nightmare for an introvert like her. However, she worked on herself, faced her fears, and through continuous practice and determination, developed strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ketaki chose to become a part of STAR because of her passion for helping professionals like her who have abundant knowledge but lack the confidence to present in front of an audience.
She wishes to help them improve their skills by bringing structure into their presentations, which will help them become more effective and efficient trainers and presenters.
