Sincere and straightforward – Kaushal Dutta comes with 14 years of working experience. She has worked at The Taj Bengal, Kolkata, and The Pride Hotel, Nagpur.

She has an MTech in Hospitality & Tourism to serve as credentials for her passion for the space.

As a trainer with a penchant for Leadership Communication, she practices what she preaches – a Servant Leadership Style. She aims to use her experience to add value to hospitality personnel.

Kaushal conducts programs in Hotel Operations and Leadership Development for the Ginger Hotels (A Tata Enterprise), Azure Hospitality, Singhinawa The Jungle Lodge, Aahana Resorts, Pugdundee Safaris and Oblu Resorts, Maldives and Leadership programs for AI, AIX, Zodiac and Pidilite.

Kaushal enjoys learning as much as she loves training. She enjoys traveling and connecting with people. In her free time, she loves testing her culinary skills and pampering her family. She’s married to Ramendra, the Executive Chef at Tauby’s, an upmarket bakery in Nagpur. They have a 21–year–old son, Rudransh pursuing Law in Bangalore.

Kaushal’s mission in life is to give back to society and help people at the bottom of the pyramid to learn, grow and add value to the next generation.
