I joined VKOFR as a trainee waiter on November 1, 2007. I love to interact with my guests and after six years of service, almost all repeat guests know me by name. My colleagues & seniors support me a lot in my career growth. They also help me in my personal matters. Due to good team work, I feel comfortable working with them and united as one family.
I enjoy the pressure of the rush hour in the restaurant, and happily accept the operational challenges that accompany it. I am currently being trained by VKOFR to be a cashier and also in their new kitchen concept system.
By nature I’m self-motivated and even been awarded ‘Best Employee Of The Month’ 16 times in a span of 18 months! Dedication and religiously following SOPs is the secret of my success. Training enhances my knowledge, refreshes and motivates me further. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience by training new employees.
Firstly, the children are good by nature and hence a delight! Being around them is refreshing. I learn a lot just by watching and observing them. The manner in which they speak and behave is encouraging; it is something that I take home to my own children, especially since I cannot afford to send them to a big and renowned school like the one I work for.
