Trainee (Orchid Hotel) to Brewmaster (Barista) to Guest Relations Manager (VITS Hotel) to Trainer (HTI) – now promoted to COO – Retail & Hospitals. The 12-year journey hasn’t always been smooth sailing for this fisherman’s daughter.
