Senior Airport Managers and Station Managers with 20 to 30 years of experience attended CLASS. All of them were posted to foreign stations. They need to be sensitised and adapt to local culture while living up to the tag line --- 'Air India – Truly Indian’.
Shortly into the day's programme initial reservations melt away and they happily clarify doubts on dining etiquette, imaging, power dressing... By the end of the programme some have already implemented changes - what more can a trainer ask for?!
Team HTI and I have been conducting workshops for Air India for over 10 years. For all of us it is a huge honour to be working with our national carrier. And in most cases their humility and attitude to learning is humbling.
