Keeping in mind the tenet of training – 'if it can be measured – it can be improved'; during training, we grade participants as per preset parameters and enter it in our Training Report on Attendance, Competencies & Knowledge – TRACK Book (report/ scoring card); the results are uploaded on our cloud-based software TRACK (http://erp.hti-india.com). TRACK can be accessed from the comfort of your home, office or mobile handset and gives a clear and comparative picture of the team’s performance. It can be used to benchmark or compare with other units (across cities or regions) within the brand. TRACK may be used to motivate staff or/ and to form the basis of corrective action.
