HTI is passionate about training its own trainers through our regular STAR (Smart Training And Research) Forum and LEAD (Leadership Entrepreneurship Administration Development) programs. We also conduct continuous Cry, Try and Dry Runs for all our trainers to ensure that they are thoroughly prepared to conduct training sessions and the quality of their training is excellent!

HTI’s trainers comprise people from Standard VIII to MBA! Depending on our Partners’ (clients’) Training Needs Analysis (TNA), we deploy our trainers.

Keeping in mind the tenet of training – ‘If it can be measured – it can be improved’; during training, we grade participants as per preset parameters and enter it in our Training Report on Attendance, Competencies & Knowledge – TRACK Book (report/ scoring card); the results are uploaded on our cloud-based software TRACK (track.hti-india.com). TRACK can be accessed from the comfort of your home or office and gives a clear and comparative picture of the team’s performance and can be used to benchmark or compare with other units (across cities or regions) within the brand. TRACK may be used as a basis to reward/ award/ motivate staff or/ and to form the basis of corrective action.
